Independent third-party testing verifies and certifies partner interoperability with ShoreTel Connect solution and provides new remote capabilities
PLANO, Texas, U.S.A. — November 15, 2016 —tekVizion has been selected as the exclusive outside certification provider for the ShoreTel TechConnect partner program. tekVizion will verify third-party interoperability with the ShoreTel ConnectTM solution portfolio. tekVizion is also providing its onTAP virtual testing services for partners to self-test remotely via a cloud-based service prior to certification.
TechConnect is a global technology and developer partner program that extends ShoreTel solution capabilities beyond its current product portfolio, and includes 1500+ developers and 100+ technology partners.

TechConnect members are required to keep their solutions and supporting interoperability documentation current within two major releases of ShoreTel software. Starting immediately, tekVizion will provide that certification working closely with ShoreTel and its processes. tekVizion uses ShoreTel’s test plans for certification and ShoreTel actively supports testing with guidance.
tekVizion provides remote options for TechConnect partners to pre-test their solutions through its onTAP virtual lab. This on-demand, cloud-based service includes virtualized instances of ShoreTel Connect and other ShoreTel solutions. In addition to certification, onTAP can help TechConnect partners develop and optimize their solutions for the ShoreTel platform.
