Beyond testing, tekVizion stands behind results with guarantee for end-users
PLANO, Texas, U.S.A. — March 2, 2016 — tekVizion has launched the industry’s first interoperability testing verification guarantee – a program aimed at helping end-user customers make better technology decisions.
“Customers in the lab are always looking for that extra assurance that a technology solution will be successful. In response, we’ve developed our verification guarantee to fully back our test results. Under the terms, the guarantee verifies that technologies tested for interoperability by tekVizion will function properly in an end-customer’s environment. The guarantee applies only to the specific solutions tested by tekVizion and is not valid for deployments that deviate from the verification test. That includes earlier or later versions of the software tested and other conditions that don’t match the test configuration.
