Genesys™ offers SIP Validation to hardware and software partners through their Global Alliance Certification Program and SIP Trunk certification to service provider partners through their Telco-Carrier Program both provide the opportunity to demonstrate interoperability to businesses and resellers. tekVizion is proud to have been selected to provide third-party verification of these ecosystem solutions. tekVizion offers Interoperability Certification testing for Interactive Intelligence® PureConnect, powered by Customer Interaction Center (CIC), and PureCloud CommunicateSM and PureCloud EngageSM platforms.

  1. Register to become a Global Alliance Certification Program member at: www.inin.com/partners/alliance-program
    – Required for PureConnect listing on testlab.inin.com and recommended for PureCloud listing on ININ Marketplace/Genesys Appfoundry (https://appfoundry.genesys.com/home)

  2. Once testing is complete, verification will be posted to the Genesys™ website for PureConnect and the tekVizionVerified.com site.
