Operator Connect allows enterprises to “bring their own carrier” for MS Teams PSTN calling. By getting certified as an operator, your product will be an option for every enterprise customer using the Microsoft platform. TekVizion is Microsoft’s authorized lab to complete the operator certification and onboarding process.
How It Works

Review Microsoft’s eligibility requirements to be nominated as an official operator in their directory.

Complete Microsoft’s nomination form.

Upon approval of eligibility and requirements, Microsoft will recommend you contact TekVizion.

TekVizion will offer service packages for onboarding depending on the support level needed.

Select one of the service packages offered and begin onboarding.
6
Upon successful completion of validation and testing, TekVizion will provide your results to Microsoft.
7
Microsoft will list you as an official operator in their directory.
Note:
If you are a TekVizion 360 customer, after onboarding, TekVizion will continuously test your service to ensure all requirements are met.
