Genesys Global Alliance and Telco-Carrier Certification Programs
Program overview
Genesys™ offers SIP Validation to hardware and software partners through their Global Alliance Certification Program. The Telco-Carrier Program offers SIP Trunk certification to service providers.
Both programs provide the opportunity to demonstrate interoperability to businesses and resellers. TekVizion is proud to provide authorized third-party verification for both ecosystem solutions. We offer Interoperability Certification testing for Interactive Intelligence® PureConnect, powered by Customer Interaction Center (CIC), and PureCloud CommunicateSM and PureCloud EngageSM platforms.
How It Works

Global Alliance Certification
Register to become a Global Alliance Certification Program member here. This is required for PureConnect listing on testlab.inin.com and recommended for PureCloud listing on ININ Marketplace/Genesys Appfoundry

After your request has been approved, you will be contacted by TekVizion Labs to contract for certification.

Note:
If you are a TekVizion 360 customer, after the certification process TekVizion will continuously test your service to ensure all requirements are met.
