Avaya Developer, Technology partners, and customers are now supported by TekVizion for enterprise interoperability certification testing.
Avaya will continue to provide customer and API support based on the certification testing performed by TekVizion.
The Avaya ecosystem can rest assured with the transition from DevConnect to TekVizion certification based on 20 years of independent testing & certification experience in the UC & CC ecosystem.
How It Works

Partner submits product testing request.

TekVizion and Partner complete commercial agreements.

TekVizion schedules kick off call and test start date.

TekVizion executes testing and documentation.

TekVizion completes testing and provides results to Partner and Application Notes to Avaya.
Note:
If you are a TekVizion 360 customer, after onboarding, TekVizion will continuously test your service to ensure all requirements are met.
