The first third-party UC application to be independently certified for Cisco HCS 

PLANO, Texas — April 20, 2017 — tekVizion today announced the first HCS certification for a partner application for Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solutions (HCS). Singlewire’s InformaCast emergency notification application is now fully certified and ready for Cisco HCS – a hosted UC cloud offering. With this certification, Cisco HCS partners can now deploy InformaCast on HCS with confidence and offer Emergency Notification-as-a-Service to their customers.

Singlewire’s InformaCast solution for mass notification includes cloud-based and mobile capabilities that enable an organization to send text, audio and images to mobile phones as well as on-premises devices, such as desk phones, IP and analog speakers, desktop PCs and digital signage.

tekVizion is the only independent lab to provide HCS certification for third-party Unified Communications (UC) applications. The program for Cisco ecosystem partners was designed to test, validate and certify the functional and non-functional elements of the Application Under Test (AUT) that are integrated into Cisco HCS. The certification emphasizes performance, scale and resiliency as leading factors for HCS applications.
