As service providers well know, the process of developing, testing, integrating and supporting new services can be a very complex and expensive undertaking. The service creation process requires careful planning, execution and management, along with expertise covering a multitude of products, protocols and technologies.

Our time-tested processes include four key elements, described below.

Define the Vizion

The process starts with a Vizion. Wherever you are in the service definition process, we can help. Working with your ideas and Vizion for your network, we can offer innovative ideas that address your specific market needs. We then take into consideration your existing network elements, budget, other goals and constraints to help you develop and refine service proposals along with a services roadmap. We do this with a product-agnostic approach so that your Vizion is driven by your market needs, not a specific product or technology.

Architect the Vizion

Next we help create the blueprint for your Vizion. Working closely with your team, we refine all of the details required prior to building out the new services. We leverage our unparalleled experience and expertise with the industry’s leading platforms to determine the network elements needed for the solution, including any custom components. The outputs of the process include detailed requirements, call flows, and performance requirements to ensure the solution will fit your future needs without requiring costly rebuilds.

Build the Vizion

Effective execution is the key to successful implementation of your Vizion. We work as part of your team to develop and deploy your services including developing test plans, developing custom software where needed, performing network and third-party product integration, handling vendor management, deploying the solution, executing beta and acceptance testing, and training your team for long term success.

Support the Vizion

Support starts after customer acceptance and/or beta testing. We can provide Tier 1, Tier 2, as well coordination with Tier 3 support for third-party products. The support process includes monitoring and preventive maintenance, processing trouble reports and change requests, escalation and crisis management, all performed within the bounds of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
