tekVizion CEO Lee Phillips To Speak at 3GSM World Congress
Annual Conference Addresses Critical Issues
Facing the Mobile Telecommunications Industry
RICHARDSON, TX and CANNES, FRANCE – February
23, 2004 – tekVizion™ PVS, Inc. announced today that
CEO Lee Phillips will participate in a panel at the upcoming 3GSM
World Congress Exhibition, being held in Cannes, France, February
23-26, 2004.
Phillips is participating on a panel that is part of the Parlay
Developer’s Conference, a full-day event hosted by the Parlay
Group addressing the growing influence of Parlay for application
developers. The Parlay Group’s objective is to promote adoption
of the Parlay API, a specification designed to enable carriers
and independent software vendors to write applications to provide
services across wireless, Internet and wireline networks. Phillips
is part of a panel on Tuesday, February 24th at 16.00 entitled
“The Current and Future State of Parlay.” The panel
discussion will include a question and answer session for press
and other attendees. Other participants in the Developer’s
Conference include representatives from AePONA, Appium, BT, Ericsson,
IBM, Incomit, Infitel, jNETx, Redknee, and Telenity.

an opportunity to hear from a diverse group of experts on how
Parlay can be used to develop new mobile and wireless services.

3GSM World Congress is an annual conference and exhibition attended
